Mary Kramer

Mary has over 20 years of professional experience in leadership roles within international consulting firms. In SpenglerFox International, after initially opening the office in Athens in 2007 , she went on to undertake the roles of Regional Director for South East Europe as well as the Global Practice Group Leader for Leadership Advisory Services.

During her career, Mary has managed more than 1000 executive search assignments for middle and top management positions as well as numerous Leadership Advisory projects for a broad spectrum of clients both in Greece and internationally.

As the Life Sciences sector is a key industry for SpenglerFox, Mary has had the pleasure to partner with Clients in the pharmaceutical sector to assist them in both finding as well as developing top and high potential talent.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies with a Specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from the University of La Verne.    

She is a also a certified assessor for Saville Consulting psychometric tests as well as A&DC competency-based assessment methodology.

Mary is Greek-American and in addition to her native English, she is also fluent in Greek.
