Xanthi Chazandrouli

Xanthi has more than 10 years of professional experience in different Human Resources roles within Pharmaceutical industry (mainly with Novo Nordisk). During her career, she has held international roles across Europe and Middle East.

During her career, she had regional roles that gave her the opportunity to work with affiliates across the globe (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Japan & China) and drive different talent attraction, development and leadership initiatives. Currently, she is the SVP HRBP for the Clinical Drug Development area, based out of Copenhagen. In her current role, she is part of the SVP leadership team where she is driving the HR agenda in an organisation of approx. 630 people (including a team in Bangalore) together with the line of business.

Xanthi holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management with a Specialisation in Human Resources from Hellenic College, Boston (Massachusetts). She is a also a certified assessor for Saville Consulting psychometric tests as well as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment methodology.

Xanthi is Greek and currently is based in Copenhagen, Denmark working in the HQ offices for Novo Nordisk.
